RATIONALITY LAW.

81r H. Lampeon reminded the 2.7.A. of the proposals

which he had made in February last for a settlement of

this question and of the memorandum on the subject which

he had forwarded to Dr Wang in a letter dated February

11th. He did not know whether there would be time to

take the matter up during his present visit, but he

wished to remind Ir Yang that he was prepared to do so

at any time.

The M.F.A. replied that he recalled the matter,

which he would look into.
